Über die Veranstaltung
The Bikram Yoga series is designed so that each exercise optimally prepares your body for the next exercise. Normally practiced in a room at 40° Celsius, we practice this series on the roof terrace with a stone floor warmed by the sun and a wonderful view. Intensive stretching of the body increases mobility, improves fitness and ensures that your body is detoxified - the entire organism is addressed, internal organs are massaged through compression and stretching and the glandular system is stimulated.
Suitable for all levels.

Cost: € 20,- to be paid on site in cash or by bank transfer .
In case of bad weather, a normal Bikram Yoga class will take place in an unheated room.
