Über die Veranstaltung
The Bikram Yoga series is designed so that each exercise optimally prepares your body for the next exercise. Normally practiced in a room at 40° Celsius, we practice this series on the roof terrace with a stone floor warmed by the sun and a wonderful view. Intensive stretching of the body increases mobility, improves fitness and ensures that your body is detoxified - the entire organism is addressed, internal organs are massaged through compression and stretching and the glandular system is stimulated.
Suitable for all levels.

Cost: € 20,- to be paid on site in cash (please bring the exact amount, no change) or by bank transfer .
The event will be cancelled in the event of rain or thunderstorms, or if the number of participants is too low. Thank you for your understanding.
Bring everything else you need for your yoga practice (yoga mat, mat towel, water bottle, etc.). Also something to put on for the Savasana (the final relaxation). Changing rooms and toilets are available away from the roof terrace.
