Bikram Insipired Hot Yoga - 26 positions, 2 breathing exercises.

The Hotyoga yoga series is designed so that each exercise optimally prepares your body for the next exercise. The room temperature of 40° Celsius allows for intensive stretching of the body, increases mobility, promotes fitness and ensures that your body is detoxified. During the 90-minute yoga routine, your entire organism is addressed, internal organs are massaged through compression and stretching and the glandular system is stimulated.
