This unit takes place as a face-to-face lesson at the Yoga College Vienna - Feelgood Studios in a slightly heated room (approx. 28-30 degrees).
The class content varies and is adapted to the group. Flexibility, focus and strength are always part of the lesson. I will guide you through this class and offer you variations that allow for a balanced practice for all levels.
In this unit you are invited to listen to your own body. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out on your yoga journey, you will definitely feel comfortable in the All Level unit.
