WORKSHOP Hatha Sequence 26+2

The Hatha sequence 26+2 is also known as Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga. In this workshop we go into the details of the asanas, practice them with different approaches to understand them better and address each individual participant in terms of body anatomical requirements. The findings can be applied not only in this special Hatha sequence but also in other yoga styles.

Requirements:

For this workshop, it is helpful if you already have some yoga experience, have practiced this sequence before or generally want to learn more about alignment in asanas.

What you need:

No hot heating during the workshop - it makes thinking and breathing easier. You will probably still sweat, but bring something to put on. There are rental mats in the beautiful rented studio, but it is best to bring your own mat and mat towel. Yoga blocks and straps are available, as is disinfectant.

Water and cardamom tea are available on site. If you want to bring your own drink, consider the option of using a multi-container.

If you want to take notes, bring writing utensils. (If you attended the last workshop, please also bring your handout.)

Your registration for the workshop is binding, regardless of whether the fee has already been paid or not. The number of places for participants is limited. If the maximum number of participants is reached, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list and will be informed as soon as a place becomes available. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop will be cancelled and any fees paid will be returned.
