Sabine accompanied our weekly breathing and relaxation exercises as a trainer. The feedback from the participants on the weekly sessions was very positive. Varied breathing exercises, a calm atmosphere and Sabine's pleasant manner and voice contributed optimally to the relaxation of the participants, who were able to start the day fresh and rested after the break. Dear Sabine, thank you for the relaxed time together on the mat.
