The New Age.

We have been in a period of transition for some time now, moving from an old to a new energy. For many, this is already quite noticeable. But how do they differ?

Old energy = exoteric
Exoteric thinking questions whether something makes sense, whether something is beautiful or good. The exoteric thinker draws on the external world, that is, public, generally accessible aspects, dogmatic foundations, and information. Thoughts like "I must win before the other kills me."
New energy = esoteric
Esoteric thinking asks how something makes sense, how something is beautiful or good. The esotericist draws from within. For them, the thought is already true—it is the thinker who must change in order to encounter the thought: “What can a warrior do to serve humanity?”
Neptune, the "Ice Giant" or, from the 3rd century BC onwards, Poseidon, is making astrological headlines. It is the outermost of the known planets in the solar system and, on January 26, 2026, after 164 years, moved back into the sign of Aries. But, you might ask, "What's so special about that?" With this change, it brings clarity, courage, and radical honesty into play. Whether it's the Epstein files or other things that are perhaps unimaginable to us, are coming to light.
If one were to characterize the world or a culture during the transition from the Middle Ages to the modern era, three features stand out [according to "Wikipedia" source]: population growth, accelerated change in many areas of life as well as increasing global interconnectedness of transport routes and communication. Civil war, the abolition of slavery, and other social upheavals marked this period.
Today's transition into the new era, while showing a further development of the characteristics of the past, is, in my opinion, based on the same core themes: raising consciousness (the spiritual development of humankind), artificial intelligence (AI), the creation of alternative traffic and transportation routes (e.g., differentiated use of airspace), telepathy as another possible means of communication, and so on. We are also experiencing resistance and wars now, both, on a small and large scale. People are protesting because they no longer want to follow the old ways and energies.
In other words, we are consciously beginning to say "no" and are approaching a time of togetherness, a time of networking. We are beginning to consider how we can use our energy for the benefit of others instead of continuing to exploit the system – and thus humanity and the planet.
The soul knows the way.
In the coming years, we are entering a new form of reality that wants to be lived and implemented. We no longer need to keep up with everyone and everything or assert ourselves. Trust your soul: Courageously taking action from clarity and love (instead of remaining in fear), acting from a place of connection (instead of delusion), and from soul consciousness (instead of ego) – these are the qualities that await us in this new era. We are meant to develop a sense of what now wants to be created. It is a creative process spanning many years, and it will certainly be demanding. Some even refer to this new era as a "hero's journey." How does one become a "hero," or what are the attributes that define a modern-day "warrior" of this new age?
Feel.
In a state of connection, within the field, without becoming unstable in one's own emotions. This means feeling the suffering of others, even a collective feeling, sharing in their pain, but not allowing oneself to be distracted by external energies. Disasters manifest themselves and bring us closer together as humanity.
Help.
Doing good, supporting others. When you're feeling well, help others. Unconditionally, without any expectation of return. It gives you a wonderful feeling called fulfillment. Small acts of kindness are enough, like helping someone cross the street. Helping creates gratitude in both yourself and others.
Serve.
To commit oneself to something bigger than oneself. There is a natural feeling for that.

Hawkins' pyramid of consciousness
We can choose the frequency at which we want to vibrate:
high (in trust, gratitude, love, etc.)
or
low (in fear, humiliation, aggression, etc.).
The decision of which thoughts and feelings you nurture daily determines your character. I invite you to consider: with whom do you want to enter this new era, who are your companions?
How to get through the new era successfully
The faster the outside world moves, the calmer you should try to be. Go at your own pace, listen to your body. Take care of your nervous system and stay grounded. In addition to healthy eating and exercise, act from within – with love, from a place of connection. Meet with others in person. Go out into nature. Let go of old burdens. Find peace and a connection to your soul, let it inspire you.
Open yourself to your inner wisdom, draw from your essence and enjoy all the beauty that fills your heart, your entire being.
Sincerely,
